Dr. Laura Salamero Teixidó is a lecturer at the Administrative Law Department of the University of Lleida. Her teaching responsibilities are in the Law Degree and in the Human Nutrition Degree, as well as in the Sports Law Master’s Degree and in the Master’s Degree in Administrative Management. Along with her lecturing, she has also coordinated several degrees. Her main research topics revolve around public health, food law, administrative jurisdiction, administrative execution and the protection of human rights.
