The GPN is a community of scholars from universities around the world which intends to promote debates, comparisons, research and webinars in relation to the legal, economic and social aspects associated with the Covid-19 . In this section you find our Privacy Notice which describes the GPN policies and practices regarding its collection and use of your personal data. We do know that data protection and privacy are an ongoing responsibility, so we will update this Privacy Notice as soon as we will adopt new privacy policies because of new practices or kind of process.Membership
When you become a GPN member, we collect data about you including but not limited to your name, your work address, your country location, and your email address.
We do process your personal data for membership administration, and in order to deliver member benefits to you and to inform you of our events, opportunities associated with your GPN membership.
Live and online conferences
The GPN hosts in-person and online events throughout the year. If you register for one of the said events and you are not a member, we will collect some information about you including but not limited to your name, email, title, company, address, phone number.
GPN uses the above information in order to provide attendees with event services.
Your emails sent to GPN
If you send us an email voluntarily, for whatever reason, we may retain such email and the information contained in it and use it to respond to your inquiry; to notify you of GPN conferences, publications, or other services; or to keep a record of your complaint. If, at one point, you ask us not to contact you by email at a certain email address, the GPN will retain a copy of that email address on its “do not send” list in order to comply with your no-contact request.
